1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HostExit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HostExit provides digital checkout checklists and guest guide tools for Airbnb hosts and property managers. We act as a tool to facilitate communication but are not responsible for the actual property management or guest behavior.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. HostExit cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Plan: Limited to 1 checklist. Includes HostExit branding.
• Paid Plans (Pro/Business): Billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". HostExit makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
